Does anyone on here watch My Little Pony? I know I am a bit old for it but so is my boyfriend and he loves it!! He got me hooked on the show about a year ago and I LOVE IT! Sooo yeah! :-D
 
I think that a few people on here are bronies, so you're not alone. Personally I find the show (from the few clips I've seen) to be too soft and indulgent for my tastes, not to mention too colourful and feminine. I'm still suspicious of the men who watch it, but since I haven't watched an entire episode myself I'm not sure if that's justified or not. And as a side note, not all of the aforementioned grown up TV talks about or contains sexual material as one of its major plot elements.

Well there is usually very little redeeming value to it. and what do you mean by "soft and indulgent?"
 
My daughter makes me watch it.

.....and when she's not around,....I watch it, just to keep up with the plot lines.

All for her of course?

I have seen a few episodes with my niece. It sounds like you are really into my little pony, more so than your kids...

I've seen half of one episode.....maybe?
Can't stand it.

As for my daughter being into it though?
......magical talking unicorns?.....what could be wrong with that, right?

I don't understand what the appeal is. I'm pretty sure it started as a joke on 4chan and they found it ironic to watch TV shows intended for little girls. I remember seeing 3 minutes of the first episode because I thought the show itself was a parody and it would be mature or excessively violent like Happy Tree Friends. Nope, it's genuinely a cartoon for girls. But somehow it took off and now the largest viewership is adult males. :confused:

I dunno man, lol, to each their own.
 
I use too, but don't have Hub anymore :( I don't think there's any age limit to cartoons. My great-grandpa watched them until the day he died. My Little Pony is sweet and me and Rarity have a lot in common, laha
 
I watched the first episode out of curiosity. Admittedly, it was well done, but it's just not my schtick.
 
I suppose it's fine for some minds. There's a lot of "mature" stuff I would pick this over.
 
i watched it when it first started being a thing, before the brony thing became a thing...it was good! I'm a huge animation buff so i like watching that stuff...i just dont like the fandom -.-
 
If I watch it I'll never get the song out of my head. My daughter likes it tho.

BTW, I don't really dice secular things, into small categories of evilness,
........and then point this out to others.


I'm told EVERYTHING is bad.:(


If one digs My Little Pony?....cool. :)
Boy bands, and Reality TV, though?.....stay away from.
