How old are you? It's YOUR body, and it's YOUR hair and it's YOUR choice to shave it or not. Jesus doesn't care whether we have long or short hair, or whether we are totally bald..
 
Thanks for your reply I am 25,:cry::cry::cry:. That's exactly what I told her. But she doesn't listen. She vowed. I don't want to hurt her by saying no. Also I don't want to be razored on my head. That's the problem. May be I didn't put it properly earlier b

If you are 25 years old and a Christian, you should firmly refuse to have your head shaved just to please your mother. No doubt she will be hurt but she does not care that you will be hurt.

In fact, if you are still living at home you should move out immediately without giving any notice to anyone or disclosing your new address. Also, you should talk to a lawyer about a restraining order on your mother or any family member who plans to force you.

The head is being shaved in order to make wigs.

The people who shave their heads may think they are doing a religious sacrifice that is pleasing to God, but on the other hand are the wig sellers. Indian hair is big business for the beauty industry.

The OP might not be here anymore. But this topic is very much relevant.

Its exploitation since those that give the hair does not benefit. And God does not require anyone to shave their head for a blessing.

Atlast I gaveup fighting with my mom.without thinking I went and sat in front of barber.

I can fight outside and win. How to fight with own people.
