Hi

Just was wondering why i cant post an avatar? I have tried different times and each time, it says, it failed. I dont know why, but it shows up so i can see it, but wont allow me to use it?


That is why i am stuck with the same one i have all the time. I. even got a real avatar from the web to make sure it is the correct size and all.

If you can help me with this, i would appreciate it thanks.

Hey i just found out that the avatar worked when i posted the thread? Dont know why but wanted to let you know it is fixed! LOL Thank you Jesus! LOL

Hi again, i just tried it in the chat and it reverts back to my old pic again? :( Not sure what is going on? I guess i need help After all..

If the upload failed it is possible the pic is too big. Make sure it isn't more that 120X120 Megapixels. If it did upload and is showing in the forum page, sometimes it takes a few minutes to update in the chat since they are actually two different programs that are loosely linked together.

If you upload a GIF, it will show in the forums but not in chat.

The solution?

Upload a Jpeg.

Animated gifs, and gifs don't work as an avatar in chat.
