Here recently; my supervisor proposed nonrenewal of my employment contract for the upcoming school year. I'm disheartened to say the least. As a teacher; I have dedicated my life to teaching. It's is who I am. My supervisor never saw that though and gave me bad evaluations. The Lord and I know that she manipulated my evaluations. I talked to HR about this and they still saw it her way. She never worked with me and she would constantly harrass me along with her assistants. Please pray that the truth be revealed and that I either get my job back or get another position elsewhere.

Praying for you. I was a teacher, and I wish you had the protection that I did. Where I worked, it was near impossible for anyone to be dismissed, even if convicted of a crime.

Praying you find a better job, where people are not persecuting you and show love instead of hate.
 
Thanks, I never committed a crime. If I'm guilty of anything; it's doing my job to the best of my abilities. Unfortunately; the principal wasn't able to see that. I guess that's why the turnover rate at the school I work at is at an all time high. We have lost over 50 percent of our staff since this principal took over. Thanks for your prayers. Joe
 
What state are you in?

but I feel ya man. one job I had I did my job did it well I worked Christmas day so nobody else had to. but they did every thing they could to get me to quit when that didn't work they found a sly way of getting rid of me. I could have maybe put the hammer on them if I wanted. but being it was a religious organization I figure in the end they will get what they deserve.
 
I work in Texas. In Texas; it's easy for a employer to let you go for no reason. It's a shame but that's how it is here.
