Now that my dog, Sunshine is "taken care of" now I need to help myself.

Last Sunday, went skiing w/ my partner. I had gotten so much better but, had a few bad falls.

I ended up with 2 hurt knees and my right elbow hurting but, by Monday my right knee was fine and by Wed, my right elbow was fine.

But, my left knee.... bad, very bad. Is it possible to re-tear an already torn cartilage? I had torn my left cartilage back in 2001 from a skateboarding accident.

But now, although my left knee doesn't technically "hurt", the area by my cartilage feels heavy. Also the top of my knee, although not soft, if i'm on the ground w/ Sunshine, I cannot kneel on it w/o it killing me and the front of my knee is also bad. I'm afraid to get it checked out only because I've injured my left knee soooo many times so, even though I can walk on it just fine w/ my knee brace on, w/ my knee brace off, its just bothersome. My knee doesn't actually hurt. It's just bothersome.

You're close to the age where you might as well plan on wearing the brace a lot.

Yes it is possible to re-tear an already torn cartilage.. or tear it even more.. *shudder*

Let, let the pain and suffering go away, please heal the knee, and whole body, yes Lord bless maniastar, in Jesus loving name, Amen!
