Matthew 24:7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.

Jesus was sharing future events that would occur during the tribulation either in Israel or looking outside of Israel in Matthew 24. Nation against nation means gentile against gentile. In the fourth seal we see 25% will be killed in a single judgement.

7 When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, “Come!” 8 I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.

The world population is approaching 8 billion people which means approx. 2 billion shall be killed at the 4th seal. Another 1/3 in the trumpet judgements is another 2 billion. And this is even before the antichrist takes his seat in the temple. Hard to imagine such numbers.

Is the post going to continue? But yeah, the devastation will be huge. But we need not worry, God can aim His plagues rather well and we are protected by the blood of the Lamb, just like the israelites in Egypt were protected when the egyptians faced the plagues

During the times of the seal and trumpet judgements do you think Israel will be not engaged in the gentile wars and be like the days of Noah and Lot when everything will be going on as normal and building the temple?
