need suggestions

Hi folks,
I will be sitting at my apartment on call. I need to keep myself busy so i dont get depressed. what do you all do to keep your self busy. I thought of word searches and reading books but I need more ideas.

reading books is one of my favs. I also like to do craft type stuff. maybe watch a movie, or listen to music, I also like to write. thats the stuff i do when i have to pass time.
 
I also love to do crafts......they can be so much fun. And if you are creative, you can really do them inexpensively and come up with unique gifts too. With practice and patience, craft ideas don't have to look gaudy or "crafty" either one.....go to a good craft supply store and browse through some books or even idea pages they sometimes offer for free. Other ideas for staying busy or not bored, maybe to get into an excersize routine you can do at home..(I'm trying this in order to lose weight....wish me luck!!!) ..not cuz YOU need to lose weight..(how would III know?? if you do or not??? ahhahaa) but just to be in shape and to feel good inside. Think about what you enjoy....maybe even studying up on something you love would be fun...... I hope these suggestions help in some way......
 
hi, do voluntary work and help people who needed help like disabled or handicapped people and elderly. I watch tv and reading. I go for a walk or visit different towns in my country. I visit my friends. I have 2 cats. I do household and laundry. I chat a bit and write emails to my friends abraod. I am looking for a job too. I am unemployed since one and half a Month. I go to church regularly and pray and read the bible regularly.

Seriously, I also pray and read the Bible, volunteer in my community, visit with friends, take walks, read, write, and lately spend time on CC.
