The Times of Israel has done an excellent job of reporting on this speech. You will not find this kind of reporting among the MSM.
Addressing Congress, Netanyahu lays out vision for postwar Gaza, anti-Iran alliance | The Times of Israel

For those who want objective reporting (even though it is an Israeli news source). please read the entire article. Netanyahu was careful not to be too critical of Biden, although it was Biden who supplied tons of cash to Iran, which then supplied tons of cash to Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis.

Of course he needed to be diplomatic in DC, but he made it clear that "Israel will always defend itself" and that civilians casualties were minimal. He also spoke out against the useful idiots who have been pro-Hamas protesters in America and the West. But it was the failure of the Netanyahu government for even allowing the October 7 atrocities to happen. Israeli intelligence between Mossad and the IDF was generally top-notch, but they simply failed to be on high alert at all times.

The city of Jerusalem is the key to the fulfillment of Bible prophecies regarding the future of Israel after the Second Coming of Christ. There are numerous prophesies about this, and even Paul speaks of this:

ROMANS 11: THE SALVATION OF ISRAEL AFTER THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST
25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.
29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.
30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:
31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.
32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.
33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!
34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?
35 Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?
36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

"All Israel" does not include unbelieving Jews, but includes Jews from all the twelve tribes of Israel. But first there will be "the time of Jacob's trouble".

Christians should simply pray for the conversion of the Israelis, and help the survivors of the Holocaust victims in Israel. Unbelieving Jews continue to reject Christ, but Messianic Jews believe on "Yeshua".

Judah was only one of the tribes
But it was the key tribe, since Jesus of Nazareth would be of the tribe of Judah. Here is a summation (see the actual genealogies): NOAH -- SHEM -- EBER -- ABRAHAM -- ISAAC -- JACOB -- JUDAH -- DAVID -- SOLOMON -- JESUS.

Joseph became the "legal" father of Jesus and he had descended from Solomon. And Solomon begat [Rehoboam]... And Jacob [from Solomon's line] begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ. (Matthew 1:7,16). Matthew is careful to say "the husband of Mary" and not "the Father of Jesus".

And Mary's lineage came through Levi, being the cousin of Elizabeth who was married to Zechariah the priest. Elizabeth also had to be from the tribe of Levi and Mary being her cousin would have levitical linage also.

Luke 1:5There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the division of Abijah. His wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elizabeth. 6And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. 7But they had no child, because Elizabeth was barren, and they were both well advanced in years.

Making our Lord King and Priest after the order of Melchizedek. The septre shall never depart from Judah.

Genesis 49:10The [d]scepter shall not depart from Judah,
Nor a lawgiver from between his feet,
Until Shiloh comes;
And to Him shall be the obedience of the people

Galations 3:5Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?— 6just as Abraham “believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” 7Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham. 8And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, “In you all the nations shall be blessed.” 9So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham.

Galations 3:26For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Please see my thread on "Why is Christ called the Lion of the tribe of Judah?" Looks like not many are interested in that, but the Sceptre shall not depart from Judah until Shiloh comes.
