thanks for the friendly hip-check.... you are correct, this post (with AI content) is a bit mis-leading... however, for context...
Trump has frequently used other historical or specialized authorities for immigration enforcement (e.g., INA § 212(f) for entry suspensions/travel restrictions, the 1798 Alien Enemies Act, and related measures)...
This old immigration act established the longstanding “public charge” ground of inadmissibility that later became part of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
Relevant Trump administration actions
In his first term, the administration issued a 2019 public charge rule that expanded the definition of who could be denied green cards or visas for likely relying on public benefits. Officials and reporting noted that this drew on the wording and concept originating in the 1882 Act (though the rule operated under modern INA authority).
In his second term, DHS rescinded the narrower 2022 (Biden-era) public charge rule and implemented a broader version (final rule published July 2026, effective September 18, 2026). This gives officers wider discretion to consider means-tested benefits (including non-cash ones like Medicaid, SNAP, and housing assistance in some cases) under a “totality of the circumstances” standard when evaluating adjustment-of-status applications. The change is grounded in the INA’s public charge provisions and related statutes, not a direct invocation of the 1882 statute itself.
Reporting WINNING that MATTERS and will contribute to Making a Difference in the final analysis and outcome is just more and more contributions to the entire body of work and collection of TRUTH BOMBS that is NOT being SEEN on the MSM FAKE NEWS and continues to support the GREAT AWAKENING leading up to the MOST CONSEQUENTIAL MidTerm ELECTIONS EVER!!!

BREAKING: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced the full U.S. withdrawal from the World Health Organization. In a historic speech, he exposed the WHO’s failures during COVID and declared that American health policy will no longer answer to unelected foreign officials. This move reclaims national sovereignty, ends U.S. funding, and reshapes global health leadership.

The newly released figures from the USS Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group show just how intense its 321-day deployment became. According to the Presidential Unit Citation awarded to the strike group, its forces completed 3,693 combat flights, launched 450 Tomahawk cruise missiles, delivered about 1.37 million pounds of ordnance, shot down 77 one-way attack drones, destroyed 21 anti-ship cruise missiles and were credited with sinking 64 enemy warships.
Those combat numbers were only part of the overall flying. Carrier Air Wing 9 completed 14,037 total sorties during the deployment and logged 31,460 forward-deployed flight hours. The air wing included F/A-18E/F Super Hornets, F-35C Lightning IIs, EA-18G Growlers, E-2D Hawkeyes, MH-60 Seahawks and CMV-22B Ospreys.
The strike group also sustained weeks of continuous combat operations while its escorting warships provided air defense and launched long-range strikes alongside the carrier’s aircraft.
But Capt. Daniel Keeler said the statistic he was proudest of was zero: zero aircraft lost, zero combat damage and zero lives lost. “Every single sailor and Marine that left on this deployment is going home,” he said after the carrier returned.
