If your client has liability you can mitigate that by cooperating. The best cooperation is if you can give a bigger fish to the Feds and if you are first.

Now everyone knows that Elon's rise has been aided by his close association with our intelligence agencies.

So then calling out Hillary Clinton and Biden is a signal that those two are expendable. This is the "blood in the water" signal to all the sharks.
