Nothing in the article says they were on-the-clock; but if they were in uniform they still might be violating Hatch Act, too... but you would think that the Hatch act would be referenced somewhere in the article, or the union's letter.Straight out of the communist playbook.
BUT... all the video shows them doing is saying TRUMP, TRUMP, TRUMP! Which is not necessarily political support/campaigning- if they are just protesting his persecution.
