There is no way a media person posted a picture of Trump as Pope without Trump's approval.
His enemies? 61 million Americans identify as Catholic and 210 million Christians in the US. He is the "President of the US" and it is very likely that 2/3 of the American citizens were offended by that photo of a President. If it was simply on the internet we shrug it off as just another ugly meme, but he puts it on his social media and it is very offensive.Oh, he absolutely approved it and gloated about it... and I would interpret the low number of bills at this point as another strategic timing aspect of this Whole of Government Warfare... Where the other side of that coin is that in the first 100 Days that he has signed an overwhelming number of Executive Orders and his Admin has actually achieved more 'out-comes' (ie significant changes for good) as a means for creating conditions for future successes... The anticipation is that when his administration (along with the support of the White Hats) has created all the conditions necessary to create conditions for success that the flood gates of indictments will be forth coming in a tidal-wave flood that the DS Left will be caught completely off balance and defenseless...
Not sure, but assuming that the anticipated requisite 'bills' will also be forthcoming....
IMHO, at this stage in these operations Trump and the White Hats have complete control albeit, they are seemingly to some degree still in an 'event driven' phase of Operations...
