I've finally decoded it properly, & we are just 2 days away from Sep 16. On 9/16/2025 the world changes. 9/11/2001 was on (Hebrew) Elul 23; this year Elul 23 will be on September 16 (this Tuesday). Q knew all along. Also, we entered into the year 2018 on 9/11, according to the Ethiopian calendar.
