ahhh... I just re-listened to his podcast and heard the part you mentioned... I mis-understood your context (I didn't hear him say that the first time)... Ya, I think the NG is in there for the Counter-Insurgency Mission... Space Command is likely the lead for the Cyber attacks...
but, connecting the dots - if we end up conducting actual military operations on the ground during the Cyber Attacks - the NG will still have a leg up already being in place to continue with Policing/Martial Law type of role (to avoid chaos and looting in the streets) as necessary as the available boots on the group...
I'm sure that SOCOM would also have boots on the ground as well at that point ...
If we get to that point, we'd be in new territory and SECWAR would likely be at the Helm with the means to orchestrate any necessary forces to assist...
But I think his point is fine - in that the NG is being prepositioned such that we will not be caught flat footed in response...
Where the assumption is that the DS would likely trigger their Cyber Attacks and Potential Blackouts to facilitate their move towards Civil Unrest towards instigating Civil War...

Oops... not sure how accurate this is... posted it before I saw the model on display and today's briefing and Q&A from the White House... Looks like they are actually going to replace the entire East Wing... ???
Either way - I'm indifferent, but do see more advantages than disadvantages...

That's what I was really getting at; you've talked about the DS plans for cyber, and how the white-hats are supposed to be ready for everything the DS can throw at them: But this move with the NG is the first time we've heard somebody talk about "counter-moves" with respect to kinetic capabilities. He is implying that Trump is anticipating more than a crowd control effort against dorks wearing chicken costumes and vagina hats.

You said that neither side has revealed their "war-plans" which is reasonable- but that begs the question- how aware are the white-hats of the DS's force strength/capability; especially with respect to kinetic engagement. Like if the DS were to activate all of its resources, everybody they have that works for the government, in the military, and any volunteers they would pick up- is there an actual plan for that? Because Vance has gone on TV and pretended that the only people that want a kinetic conflict are a few incels that live in their parents basement... which by the way, sounds really funny until somebody arms those people.

Yes, the White Hats were well aware of the DS's plans for Open Borders; which was to assimilate their insurgency with bad actors from all over the world... Which is why the Focus over the Past 9 months with ICE has been to Deport the Worst of the Worst Cartel, Al Qaeda, and other Bad Actors/ Terrorists from around the World...

My point about OPSEC is that neither side is Openly nor Naively publishing their Plans to the Public... Make no mistake that both sides are doing their due diligence to learn and know as much about their enemies as possible...

The white hats are said to be sharing with us Patriots 25% of what's going on... so as to build the MAGA Patriot Alliance Great Awakening... to mitigate anxiety and confidence for the way forward... to finally defeat the DS...
