Your reading of Genesis is wrong. Pharaoh wasn't saying the first seven years were uncommonly good. He describes the kine as "full fleshed" and the corn as "rank and good". The point of the dream is how bad the next seven years are. the data absolutely supports the conclusion that the last seven years have been "well favored" and good.
Genesis 41:18 And, behold, there came up out of the river seven kine, fatfleshed and well favoured; and they fed in a meadow: 19 And, behold, seven other kine came up after them, poor and very ill favoured and leanfleshed, such as I never saw in all the land of Egypt for badness: 20 And the lean and the ill favoured kine did eat up the first seven fat kine: 21 And when they had eaten them up, it could not be known that they had eaten them; but they were still ill favoured, as at the beginning. But you also did not account for the fact that what King James English calls "corn" is probably wheat; because neither the English nor the Egyptians had any actual American corn.

1. We know the seven years from 2019 to 2026 were good to great years, even record breaking years.
2. We know that the next four years at least will be very bad years and I really haven't even talked about the record breaking El Nino year or any of the very plausible other impacts that could make the harvests worse. Simply based on what we know concerning Fertilizer and existing damage to refineries.
3. We had a remarkable sign in which two baby cows were born with 7's on their foreheads within five days of each other and this hit the news on Feast of Trumpets in 2014.
But now you want to know about stockpiling of food.

It is a stupid question. No prepper is going to publicize where they are storing food for when the apocalypse hits. You will have to do your own research and see the possible evidence for this happening.

The point is that no one is going to tell you they are storing food for when there is a calamity. Governments do not want to cause panic, so if they are doing it they won't publicize it. First you said that the last seven years were not years of plenty. That was false. Now no one can deny that all the observable information is that we are going into a period of severe shortages following seven years of famine and that this perfectly aligns with both Pharaoh's dream and these two cows with the sevens.
So now your objection is that I have not provided documentation of food being stored for this crisis when in fact any food being stored would be kept secret and not be published.

What do you mean openly? Pharaoh told his cabinet which included Joseph. They taxed the people and there is no reason to believe the people knew they had stored up grain because they come to Pharaoh during the famine and that is when he tells them to go to Joseph.
So the storage of grain is not revealed until the famine hits.
Your reasoning is not proof.

Why would Joseph, the Prime Minister of Egypt accuse these men of being spies if it was public knowledge that Egypt had food? This chapter makes it clear that Egypt having food was a matter of national security and knowing that they had food was an indication that you were a spy. Pharaoh taking taxes five, six or seven years earlier is not going to let the common man know that he is saving the food for the coming famine.
