Yes there is a problem, but more importantly what is the solution ? ..... Just throwing your arms in the air and stating Jesus is not enough. Action needs to accompany words. So what is the solution ?

The solution is to be more careful where you leave your private parts at night.

No way ! It's all upside down ! Instead of being shameful, she boasts about it ! And people who are not depraved and are still pure are mocked and ridiculed by their peers !

For starters Stop sexual Education at such a young age in public schools. Studies have found this actually promotes sexual behavior in young children than it does to help prevent disease.

Second, It really needs to be stressed at home. The parent is responsible! Without a proper father figure at home. How could you expect any different?
