Person to person (P2P) witnessing is key to a new church Plant. What would be the other effective means to use in new Church plant?

A life lived well in Christ.
If you are following God's leading in starting the church, then don't worry about growing the church. Jesus said He will build His church. Your job is disciplining and teaching. If God is moving you'll have your hands full.

Perhaps read Nehemiah. Building a church is alot like building a wall. I believe he prayed for 3 or 4 months before beginning. The wall itself only took 52 days to rebuild. Might be a lesson for us all.

^^^That is the truth!

And Ibby, remember that it is very important to choose the right people for leadership as the church grows. Churches can be torn apart when the wrong person is given too much authority. Ask The Holy Spirit to give you discernment as you prayerfully consider people for these positions, and get some solid brothers and sisters with discernment to help you choose. All the best!

The key to a successful start begins with a dedicated staff, sound doctrine, a place with a need for the church, and a place for the church to meet. When you have these in place, open the meeting place for a season of prayer. Also take the prayer to the community you will minister to.
