SonInMe, no. Old-age beliefs have nothing to do with evolution. Well, except for the fact that evolution is nothing without massively long ages and the old-age understanding is just another belief that accommodates for so-called Science (including evolution and uniformitarinism). So, yes. Old-age beliefs really are just another piece of the same dodgy puzzle.
