in earlier posts, you will read that i felt blessed by a job i got. i did hold my last job for 13 years by the way, in different positions. so transition is new to me. so thank God i got that job I hold now for 4 months, yet it is 28 hours a week. 3,5 days work, 3,5 days off. nice workweek lol. so i still needed to apply for work for the other hours. I did. well once. I was invited 3 times for interviews. in that period (now) the company is laying off thousands of people. so the procedure to hire ... was/is extra strict, they had to prove they couldn't find anyone else to do the job from the inside working pool. actually the manager told me she still gets applications, but she gave the job to...me. even though i never worked in the banking business... overwhelmed...thanking God, means more hours, able to be generous even more again thanks to a payincrease and i will have a global impact in the business i will work for, o and not unimportant... its gonna be fun to excel in my skills and praise God with the abilities He gave me. looking forward to it, starting in feb2012. I pray and believe God will continue to bless me in this job and everywhere, despite of me and a stumbling walk at times.. but because He is good.
I like best that i will commute a lot and will be able to listen to biblestudies/audibible in the car.
to you i would say: mark11:22 . Have faith in God. and in difficult times, just express yourself in praying out loud to Him, including how you feel even if you feel down. He knows, cares and makes you grow in faith. look me up in the bible room at times... i want to encourage you.
