I want to change my nicname. Please tell me how to change my nicname?
 
The only way to change it is you have to contact a Moderator. When you're in the Chat Rooms they are the ones with the red lettering on their names. Though be aware its a $5 charge to change your name. Its also a bannable offense if you are caught creating more than one account. I'd suggest asking one of the Mods though and discussing it with them.

It sure is a noticeable name. Is there a story to it?
 
Thank you. I want to change it because my sister is a teacher and she has a pet peave about using incorrect grammer even to try to be cleaver. It is unprofessional
 
Putting my question in suggestions was my mistake. I am new to the sight and still learning how to navigate on the discussion threads

I'd keep the name, You picked it for you, not your sister. I've had a number of people not like my name, but oh well, i didn't pick it for them. As far as unprofessional, so what? You're on this site for personal, not professional reasons. You like it, you thought it was fun so do your own thang. (=

AladyIB, I have to agree 100% with Ugly. (Yes, my dear Mr. Ugly, I did indeed say I agree with you.)

Not only for the reasons he stated, but also, it reveals a little of your personality.

Why did I choose this nickname? People seem to think it's because I "left China", but really it's because I like the endless questions. :D
 
Thank you Mr. Ugly. I will keep it at this time. I picked the name to represent that I am a lady nothing less.
