That's right, no kirk cameron this time. Word is out that Nicalos Cage will be the star of the new Hollywood Left Behind. They say it will still be Christian but this time the hope is that the viewers will not only be Christians but nonChristians aswell.
 
I read that they will not have the character of Nicolae Carpathia in the movie... which is like, really? He's a big part of the series considering he's the Anti-Christ and the main antagonist of the story. So, I'm really not sure how this movie is going to turn out with that huge chunk of the story missing.
 
meh its nicholas cage I cant remember the last time he was even in a good film...

The Sorcerer's Apprentice wasn't bad, also that one movie about the crazy superhero's was interesting.
 
Put the bunny down! lol Nic Cage in any movie is always great for a laugh...what a terrible terrible "actor".

he was good for his supporting role in the superhero movie Kick-###, and older things like con-air and face off were great
 
He didn't play a good angel in City of Angels...he was kinda like... depressing

This is going to be HUGE. Going to reach many people who normally couldn't
be reached traditionally.

The director Vic Armstrong did Indian Jones, Spider-Man, lot of good movies!!
Can't wait to see it!
 
too bad the left behind series is pretty bad and extremely loose with their whole eschatology. Its more what tells a good story vs whats accurate

i dont know the movie might be better if he gets raptured in the first fifteen minutes

Eh? I thought Steven Spielberg did Indiana Jones?
 
He did vic armstrong was only the stunt coordinator. This is actually the first movie he will be directing.

Didn't the writer of the Series state it was fiction, and not based on biblical fact?
Yet, people still took it a little too serious.

I saw that too & thought..oh,so because someone was a stunt coordinator on some big budget films,Left Behind part 13 should be a hit? lol Egads!

Yes. Tim LaHaye did say that. I think it was for readability...and coolness.
