Of all the beatings Jesus took on his way to the cross, not one bone was broken in his body. that was God's promise to him,and that he would not be left in hell, nor shall his body see corruption in the grave. Bringing Lazarus back from hell and the grave before his death was a very powerful demonstration that he was the Son of the living God. A demonstration no man before him or after him could do.
