Hell is for evil, not for wrongdoing. Sin is lawlessness, the result of rejecting God. Rejecting God's way (Christ is the Way) is evil. Sinners are not in hell because of their sin, all sin has been nailed to the Cross. You cannot have a double jeopardy situation where Christ pays for our sin and then the sinner pays for their sin.

If they don't accept the reconciliation, then their consciences are not cleansed and thereby they can't dwell in God's presence and are shamed from him

Assuming you are an unrepentant atheist, the just punishment would be experiencing the pain caused by your lies.

Christ didn't die for anyone under the curse of the law because His death redeemed them He died for from the curse of the law, that is why they believe Gal 3:13-14

This is true... the stony ground of unregenerated man's incurably wicked heart is not appropriate soil for growing the good fruit of faith.
Death is God's standard for liars. Wanna complain? What made you deserving of life in the first place? It is a gift from God.
Psalm 5 verses 4-6 ~ You are not a God Who delights in wickedness; no evil can dwell with You. The boastful cannot stand in Your presence; You hate all workers of iniquity. You destroy those who tell lies; the LORD abhors the man of bloodshed and deceit.
They are condemned for their sins, unbelief is a sin Jn 8:24
24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.
