Hello everyone, I want to know is it wrong to ask for help when it is needed? When I say ask for help I am talking about financially when you have no where else to turn. I have been little depress because I have fallen into hard times but I do not want people to think wrongly of me if I ask for help. I have been told not to let my pride get in my way and if I am need ask for it. I would like to ask for help here but I know that it is not allowed. I am hoping that someone will see this post and send me a message so that I can give them information about my situation. Please that is all I am asking is for someone to give me a chance. :(
 
The thing is not to be solicitous for tomorrow. Pray in all your needs. Put all your trust in God and accept His will in all things. God will provide.

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Therefore I say to you, be not solicitous for your life, what you shall eat, nor for your body, what you shall put on. Is not the life more than the meat: and the body more than the raiment? 26 Behold the birds of the air, for they neither sow, nor do they reap, nor gather into barns: and your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are not you of much more value than they? 27 And which of you by taking thought, can add to his stature one cubit? 28 And for raiment why are you solicitous? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they labour not, neither do they spin. 29 But I say to you, that not even Solomon in all his glory was arrayed as one of these. 30 And if the grass of the field, which is to day, and to morrow is cast into the oven, God doth so clothe: how much more you, O ye of little faith? 31 Be not solicitous therefore, saying: What shall we eat: or what shall we drink, or wherewith shall we be clothed? 32 For after all these things do the heathens seek. For your Father knoweth that you have need of all these things. 33 Seek ye therefore first the kingdom of God, and his justice, and all these things shall be added unto you. 34 Be not therefore solicitous for to morrow; for the morrow will be solicitous for itself. Basically asking for financial help over the internet on a christian chat site is going to immediately seem like a scam no matter which way you go with it. I imagine you aren't going to be asking for ten dollars, but possibly hundreds or more. To most people with no way to validate any possible claims of financial need its just fishy in general.

I'm going to go ahead and message you and see what this is about, but the likelihood of anyone giving you money is zero.

I'm not suggesting anyone flat out give her money....but this response is like..right out of the book of James.

Faith and Deeds

14 What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? 15 Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. 16 If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? 17 In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
 
Check with your church. Most churches have a benevolence fund for congregants in need.

Yea, I am not sure what to say..but that my heart goes out to you..many here struggle with financial issues. What we can do in this,is learn to trust God,and he teaches us things in all of this. I do not have any money of my own to give,but I can give a listening ear,and a word of encouragement..and I too have been there,financial hard times I mean.
