Regrettably, when we long for something, our lean is to take down all the instruction and act as Eve: leaded by the sight of the eyes and of the imagination (Gen 3:6).
If we crave for being savvy, we need to keep all the ways of the wisdom (and not only what pleases us). We can’t make the same blunder that the Pharisees (to concern about picayune things and look down on the chief things of the kingdom of the Creator – Matthew 23:23,24); but, we can’t worry about only what is great before men.
Recall that the great things are constituted of the small ones and what makes an artist different from the other is his ability and patience of work the details.
