Second point to consider: to whom the Wisdom is calling?
The Wisdom is calling everyone. Everybody has at least two testimonies from the Creator:

These have contempt for the Wisdom because they long for hearing only what is pleasant to their souls.
By the way: many people asks to the Holy Spirit to come because they think that He was imparted to us to make us feel good. They ignore that the first role of the Holy Spirit is to convict the world concerning sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). Although the presence of the Holy Spirit bring to us peace and rest (Exodus 33:14; Acts 3:19), this only will be true in His sanctity and purity.
So, have a good day accepting the Word of the Creator to pierce even to the dividing apart of soul and spirit (Hebrews 4:12) and freeing you from what take away your peace (namely, our desires - James 4:1-3).

- “Does not Wisdom call?... She cries... Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man. O ye simple, understand Wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart.” (Proverbs 8:1,3,4,5).

- *The testimony of the nature:* “For the unseen things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being realized by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, for them to be without excuse.” (Rom 1:20);
- *The testimony of the conscience:* “For when the nations, who do not have the Law, do by nature the things of the Law, these, not having the Law, are a law unto themselves; who show the work of the Law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and the thoughts between one another accusing or even excusing one another,” (Rom 2:14,15).
Nonetheless, there are two classes of people that are highlighted:
- The simple, that is to say, those who are naïve, deceived and deluded with blandishments;
- The fools, to wit, those who are stupid, stiff-necked, senseless people. They think that the Creator’s blessings and promises is for them and the obligations and curses in virtue of the disobedience are for the others.
