I don't recall you using many, if any, scripture in your arguments.
You just kept using arguments like 'uh, uh that's not true.'

Amen! Sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ is my number one priority.
They think ministry is more important than personal holiness and focus on that as if that's what it means to live a pleasing life of obedience to Christ.
Living for Christ in personal holiness should be your number one priority.
Any sacrifice of service you do for Christ is second to that.
The obedience of holiness is better than the sacrifice of your service.
The sacrifice of your service will never replace or make up for your disobedience to God's commands.
Those in Matthew 7 whom Jesus will turn away were all about ministry, but they lived in evildoing in disobedience to Him. They showed that they did not know him. They took false comfort in their works of ministry.

I just want to say that although I disagree with you about losing my Salvation , I want to apologize openly to you about the times I have said or added to things that should not of been said , like some personal remarks...

Apart from the Gospel of Jesus Christ, there is no salvation and there is no pleasing life of obedience to Christ which follows. External obedience to God’s commands apart from salvation through faith in Christ is in vain. Just look at all the false religions and cults that pervert the Gospel, yet label themselves as Christian, yet are just going through the motions of religion.
These many people in Matthew 7:22-23 who trusted in their works for salvation and not in Christ alone will find out the hard way one day that Jesus NEVER knew them.

Everyone who presently believes is presently saved.
No if's, and's, or but's about it.
The problem is when you see 'saved', and 'justified' you instantly see that as meaning always saved and justified, no matter what. That's the osas bias you people read all scripture through.
You remain saved and justified as long as you are believing.
Present, ongoing belief is the condition for being saved, and remaining saved.

What osas misses in the passage is it's works of ministry that they trusted in, not works of obedience. But osas insists the passage is saying it's talking about people who trust in their works of obedience. But Jesus said they do not have those works for that to somehow be the argument he is making. If they had works of obedience instead of being lawless evil doers, Christ would not be condemning them.
That's right.
Good works can not earn a declaration of righteousness.
Good works are the result of God's imputation of his righteousness via the Holy Spirit to the believer.
The absence of those good works shows one to not have the imputation of God's righteousness given to a person by grace through faith in Christ. That's a generalization, of course. We know that the lack of good works can also signify spiritual immaturity.
