I do not go around saying NOSAS believers have evil spirits
Where did I say this?

I was simply bringing awareness to the fact that God has done this according to scripture.

He also turns people over to a reprobate mind.

You should examine yourself according to all the scriptural possibilities by which a person can be deceived.

Philippians 2:12
[12] ...work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

This work must be continued until the redemption of our bodies happens.
Since you do not believe that a person is saved, is redeemed until they die how does this verse even apply to you?

In fact not one of scripture applies to you... do you realize this.

No scripture teaches we have to wait until death to be redeem or justified.

With regards to your scripture....
Paul has already written this earlier

Phil 1:6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.l

Salvation is a present possession here.... it does not state work FOR

Again go back to the context we should have respect for Christ has accomplished in us.

I am convinced, taking the whole of scripture into consideration, that this only applies to those who continue in the faith striving against sin, who bring forth the fruits of righteousness..

John 15:2
[2] Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

Hey! Do you all have phone service? Everyone on our Facebook has lost it. Odd that the internet still works but not our phones.

Hebrews 10:26-27.

For starters.
Nope. Those verses are warning of apostasy. Apostates are not saved from before the foundation of the world. Quite the contrary. What does the bible say of Judas, the ultimate apostate?

Nope you are wrong , and this is one of the Scriptures that many fear because they believe as you do...

Hebrews 10:39 is for believers...
We are not like those who shrink away from the truth , and go back and be under the Law , sacrificing animals for our sins ...
I would say Hebrews has to be one of the most misunderstood and misquoted books in the Bible. There are some pretty scary verses if taken out of context and viewed by themselves, leaving the imagination to wonder what they mean.

This is a little off topic, but since this book is quoted so much I think it's worth saying. I think Hebrews is a book written to people practicing Judaism. It is designed to warn persuade them to believe in Christ as the one offering who has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified. Contrasted sharply against keeping the law of Moses and making animal sacrifices.

For the scope of this post I won't make an expository dissertation pointing those proofs out step by step, but I think more awareness needs to be raised of this.

Let’s say I misread your post to say what I thought it meant...I have that user on ignore...

So took your post out of context.

Try not to over exaggerate you are beginning to sound like the ones I have on ignore.
At least she bends to the truth and does not sell it out under the banner of fraudulent love while coddling a smooth talking false teacher!

Amen a thousand times!!

Rereading the last portion of this thread ... this is really so important to recognize!

I so appreciate your steadfastness on this!! Not many are willing to count the cost!

I have read much contradiction and compromise here lately .... they embrace the false teacher because they talk sweet and yet are willing to accuse the brethren of hate when they stand up for truth.

I prefer to be accused each and every day of hate and filled with darkness if it means the Gospel is defended.

That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
Ephesians 4:41
Anyone under the law that compromised with a false prophet paid the price...some on here that CLAIM the truth constantly stomp the truth by coddling and embracing people that are absolutely against God by dogma.....while opposing and mouthing those that give the trurh.

Basically yes I agree in principle. And we need to bear in mind we are talking about Hebrews speaking to other Hebrews (thus the consistent use of "brethren"), and some of these are Christian converts and some may be sitting on the fence, risking apostasy.

She has us on ignore bro, but keep sharing the message for the sake of the many people who read these threads privately.
Oh I will......I will lay it bare until hell freezes over and the gates are welded shut......and seeing how that will never happen.......

Great. Of course you mean all Christians saved before the founding of the world correct?

No one here preaches licence for sin, to warrant such commentary. What do you imagine yourself to be man? How did it come down to us all tolerating bold blasphemy of the Holy Spirit such as this??? Please read what he responded to, a post describing being born again and sense of safety coming from deep relationship with Jesus. I will report any such posts I see in the future, just for his information so he doesn't say he hasn't been warned.
One would think that this accusation from ALL that oppose eternal security would OPEN THEIR EYES to the fact they are wrong......the reason I say this...they accused PAUL of the same thing.....this is a "TELL" and sets forth their error like a glowing NEON sign....

PAUL ACCUSED OF USING GRACE AND ETERNAL SECURITY AS A LISCENSE TO SIN

We are accused of using GRACE AND ETERNAL SECURITY as a LISCENSE TO SIN

The conclusion is obvious....WHAT we belive and say ALIGNS with what PAUL BELIEVED AND SAID.

It shows they have no recourse but to actually malign the Gospel.

They refuse full atonement for sin, full forgiveness for sin, full redemption for sin, the full grace of God to forgive all sin through propitiating death of His Son.... that is basically what they are maligning when they assert a "license to sin"

Think of this from their perspective.. they cannot tolerate that they have nothing to add to their salvation ... in actually it is not about us it is about their problem with God and His Plan of Salvation.

This is about their SELF WORTH, their pride, their need to prove themselves... so we become the sinners, desiring to sin so their righteousness can be held up high.

That is a person who has denied the Gospel.... accuse me of a license to sin.... I make not apologies for the implication that we are fully saved by Grace and all sin was dealt with at the cross.
Amen.....fully agree....!

I was saved at about 8 yrs of age. Which means I will be celebrating 50 yrs of salvation this yr.

It still amazes me that people confuse Salvation and Stewardship.

1. Salvation is by faith and is a free gift of of God in Christ that cannot be bought or earnt.

2. Stewardship is what we have done with our Christian life since we were saved that has glorified God.

Christians are judged not for salvation but stewardship and will either gain or lose eternal rewards according to their faithfulness as stewards.
Amen.....right here is a FINE EXAMPLE of the SIMPLICITY found in CHRIST AND ABSOLUTE TRUTH!

You just gave an "Amen" to a person who just denied the Gospel of Jesus Christ by Grace through Faith!!

You know Once SAVED Always SAVED is the Gospel

Seriously wake up to your actions........ @Micaiah-imla believes he is working for his salvation every day be trying to be sinless.
I think this was this person who said it is possible to work with enough vigor to be sinless, was it not? I believe I have encountered a couple of posters on this thread who stated that they have actually achieved complete sinlessness. Incredible really.
