This could be the reason "church" hasn't been satisfying for you. It's a strong possibility God was wanting this beautiful communion with you first.~ I understand it well, as I do the same thing and am blessed more than any worship service in any man-made structure can offer. My one on one with God is far more valuable to me than a one on one with a person, because... GOD DELIGHTS in "our" time together.~~~ Welcome to CC and God bless you and the friends you will find here. :o
 
Hi Stillness.... Thank you very much for these words.... They speak to me of an inner peace that comes from God in the wisdom that he is clearly given.... This is very helpful to me....I sense the road to be easier when surrounded with like-minded friends to share the journey with, but God has shown me that my tendency would be to rely on them rather than Him..... Just feels a bit lonely sometimes.
