Yup, not myself. Those who know me know it's not like me to be so vague.
Outta wack...... physically drained, like just standing up walking is taking ALL my thoughts.... like literally having to tell myself "one foot, now the other, up the steps.... your going to the laundry room... turn left. "

Sometimes, you going to have those days. I have recently learned to give myself grace when I'm not fully myself on some days. I take a deep breath in and say, "It's an off day and it's okay. It's gonna be okay for me to lay down and watch a movie. Tomorrow will be better and I'll be back to it." So, I give myself to relax, even when I'm off.
And it's okay for you to that as well. Give yourself grace and room to "be off." It won't be the end of the world and you don't have to be put together constantly.
