Could there be a way that we can be notified that someone replied to our posts on threads? Not like the subscribed threads, but like if someone quoted me, i can be notified that i was quoted or mentioned in a certain thread or post. Kinda like fb in a way...
 
I know of another forum I am sometimes active on, where there is a "Mention" system. If someone types out: @Crazy4GODword it would then send a notification to your inbox, and show you the post your name was mentioned in.
 
I don't think there is an alert system for thread responses available here, but you can view the threads you're "subscribed" to within your profile, and from there view new content.
