Do you wish your innermost being to be filled with good things? Accept the counsel and correction of Jesus and don’t pray in half!
What the terrible nemesis on those who don’t take hold of the counsels of the Creator in virtue of don’t desire to be corrected! Imagine being nourished by what ensue our ways and being filled with more desires. As somebody only reaps the fruit of the seed that he sowed, the harvest of this person will be only corruption over corruptions (see Psalms 42.7; Galatians 6.7-9).
On the other hand, how good it is being free of ourselves and be fraught of who Jesus is! Many people yearn for being filled of the Holy Spirit. But, what do you imagine that it is to be fraught of the Holy Spirit? It is have our thought, feelings, desires, plans and acts thoroughly occupied by who He is and wish for us.
And for help us to realize what exist in our heart, a good thing is to go after the advice of Paul:
When we pray, may our requests be known to Jesus IN EVERYTHING, that is to say:
Why, if, as Ezra, we didn’t prepare our heart for what Jesus have beforehand readied for us (Ephesians 2.10; Ezra 7.9,10)? So, do it and be elated running over all good that Jesus will pour down on you.
- “They would have none of my counsel; they despised all my correction, and they shall eat the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own desires. ” (Proverbs 1.30,31).

When we pray, may our requests be known to Jesus IN EVERYTHING, that is to say:
- *What REALLY do we desire*? It’s not what we think to be our desire, but our real necessity;
- *What do we desire it for*? Let’s be honest with ourselves. After all, even if we are good to cheat on ourselves, and even to fool Ha-Satan, never we will deceive Jesus.
- *How do we hope to procure this*? Seeking strength in Jesus to quash the enemy or seeking flimsiness in Jesus (Romans 8.26) so that His power in us can be strengthened (2Corinthians 12.9,10)?
- *When do we expect to acquire this*? Are we in a hurry?
