Richard Mourdock a Republican candidate for Indiana senate made some inarticulate comments on his view concerning abortion.
Most people know that in this election everyone is fighting for the women vote. Obama has used the inarticulate statements of Mourdock as an opportunity to sway the women vote.
Unfortunately his gambit is a major insult to thinking women in our country.
Obama is calling on Romney to basically disown Mourdock.
Obama's gambit is to sway women into voting for him, because Romney is too close to this inarticulate fella.
This is such an insult in my view!
You mean to tell me women are going to ask for four more years of 8%+ unemployment and trillions in debt, just because some Republican senator stated his view on life in an inarticulate way?
While we're on the topic of presidential candidates distancing themselves from men who demean women, how about Obama asking his SuperPac to return Bill Maher's $1million donation. Maher is on record numerous times saying sexist and demeaning things about women. (Bristol Palin, Sarah Palin) And the funny thing is, Maher's comments were not a gaffe. He actually meant to say them.
Obama needs to start the disowning in his own camp first.
