I am going on a cruise for two weeks and am wondering if in the 3 beaches which are in Jamaica St Kitts and Panama is legal to metal detect on there beaches?

indicate that yes it's legal. i don't see why it wouldn't be. of course if you find a huge pile of pirate treasure whatever the Jamaican equivalent of the dept. of antiquities may want to talk to you about allowing it to leave the country . .
