“Ms. Kitts explained to the policy officer and administrators that she has asthma, but they ignored her,” her attorney, Maurice A. Thompson, told the outlet.
“Their position was that unmasked asthmatic must leave the stadium, (which) is not consistent with any directive or other law.”
He stated the mother was “obviously alone with her kids, outdoors, at a distance of much greater than 6 feet from anyone else.”
” Therefore, she broke no Ohio law, not even the governor’s own legally suspicious health directives upon which the school relied,” Thompson said.
Logan authorities have actually said Kitts was asked to leave and after that ejected as a trespasser when she failed to adhere to the police’s orders.
Video reveals Kitts resisting as the officer struggles for nearly two minutes to handcuff her prior to he deploys his Taser to her right shoulder and escorts her out of the bleachers.
She was charged with criminal trespassing and released at the scene, authorities stated.
“She committed no crime and thus committed no ‘criminal trespass,’” Thompson said. “Logan School District totally misapplied the law, and misapplied it haphazardly and violently.”

This mask mandate is soft Authoritarianism! Something I notice in cases like this when they're published here. There are those who side with the authorities. Then when they meet opposition to what authorities did in any particular case they deem to remove themselves from their prior support by saying, we have to wait for the facts to come to light.
Ask yourself which category you'd be in if something like a dictatorship took control in America. And certain people, certain behaviors that are now part of our civil liberty rights were outlawed. Would you comply with the authoritarians? Or would you commit to a soft rebellion and side with freedom? And stand with the rebellious. Or hide them if necessary.

Let us not be led to divide the church.
That is very upsetting to watch. That isn't the America I remember. All that violence against a woman because she isn't wearing a mask out of doors. One thing I notice is that there isn't a man with her. I wonder if this guard would have acted that way toward her had a husband or fit father been in attendance.
I doubt that security guard would have approached the women and children at all had a man been with them.
I just wish the mother had called police and reported her daughter's assault and battery and kidnapping.
I would have so much liked it if a man had intervened and put the security guard in his place.
He should be arrested and sued personally. As should the school.
People still calling the officer a "security guard", people still thinking there weren't any mask-wearing policy for athletic sporting events on school property, people still thinking she was tasered and arrested for not wearing a mask...

Thankfully, Gov. Mike Dewine has come out and asked people to respect law enforcement enforcing health policy and asking that people look to what lead up to the woman getting tazed before passing judgment. Sounds like a pretty reasonable and rational gov.

This is not about vaccinations but dealing most likely with people who have mental health issues and are posing a threat to themselves or others and need to be sedated.
and therein lies the issue- you give a corrupt medical system permission too much power, and allow a very liberal interpertation of what a mental health episode looks like, then boom- massive forced injections of vaccines or whatever they choose.

And that woman in the clip never stated she had a health problem, further more she had a mask in her pocket.

it could also be that hospitals get $13,000 per covid patient from medicare for those who do not have health insurance .
or that states get money from the federal stimulus for each covid positive test.
and, if you look at the actual numbers ( which you do not like to do), you will see that the u.s has gotten right at a million test results per day for the last few days, with only about 30,000-40,000 positive cases.
that is below the 5% mark that health officials say would mean the virus is contained.

I think it's clear what this really boils down to. It's not that people really think the woman was arrested for not wearing a mask, it's that people disagree with anyone telling them they have to wear a mask when they are on property that doesn't belong to them. The second issue is that people think Covid-19 is fake news. When you combine those two points of view, then it's easier to paint an inaccurate picture of what happened to the woman who was trespassing and was tased/arrested.
You can think that Covid-19 is overblown and still think that the woman is in the wrong. You can be against policies/laws that mandate mask-wearing, but still be for law and order. That's sort of where I fit in. I'm not going to distort facts to fit a narrative though. That's what the left does... apparently it's what people on the right do as well.
