turmeric with a little 'black-pepper', with a piece of lemon-rind-fresh ginger - mix it in
fresh, organic, carrot-juice that you have just freshly juiced...hummmmmmmmmmmmmmm,
says my ever so thankful 'immune-system'...:):rolleyes:

Good concoction.
I would not make it a habit though. The black pepper and even ginger In moderate to larger quantities can be a irritant. But in small irregular doses it surly is a good anti inflame.
