IMO, and from reading the whole Chapter, we will meet the Lord when He returns to gather His Church unto Him. When the Eastern sky splits, the last trump sounds, and He descends on a Cloud of Glory. Paul talks about this more than once. It is called the "rapture." Yeah, some folks do not believe in it, but that is their problem, not mine. One day, on that day, they are in for a rude awakening IMO.
As Paul says in "3 Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness[a] is revealed, the man doomed to destruction."
We will be assembled when Jesus returns. That will be so dramatic, that we Will know he is coming.

As I see Passover being the revolution of the year it shall be 50 days after on Pentecost which will begin the Day of the Lord and also called the Blessed Day. Just as the 1335th day mentioned by Daniel of the Tribulation is this day of Pentecost at Rev. 14:14-16. It is also after what TolworthJohn said--after the man of lawlessness is revealed.
