Our success is not conditional on the defeat of others:
The problem with the desire of the wicked is that they live at the expenses of the disgrace of the others. The Creator only allow the impious reach their wishes when it is necessary other people to be punished (we can see this, for example in Habakkuk 1). Hence the advice below:
Even the great and strong animals aren’t able to get what they need always. On the contrary: the turpitude only wears out:
Lev 26:39 And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies' lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.
On the other hand:
The truth is that there is no real force when Jesus and His will for us isn’t our rock (Luke 6:46-49):

The Creator have opportunity to everyone, unregard the capacity of each one. The question is: do we prepare our heart to receive Jesus and His blessings (Ezra 7:9,10)? If not, His boons pass for us and reach those who prepared, in their life, the way to Jesus (meditate on Isaiah 40:3 and have a good day).
