Our weapon!
Psalms 121:1-2
“I lift up my eyes to the mountains, where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.”
All of us have different needs and desires. At times, we expect that someone could be of real help, to achieve our requirements. Are you worried where would your help come from, when there is no one to help you out? Never lose hope! The creator of heaven and earth is always there to help. Look unto Him and ask Him to be with you and help you throughout your journey towards your goal. He is the Maker of everything and nothing is impossible with Him.
Psalms 23:1
“The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing.”
What does a shepherd do? He feeds the flocks of sheep, as well as, He guards them from all dangers. In the same way, God is our good shepherd. He knows what is good and bad for you. He also knows when to feed and protect you. God knows your thoughts and He will meet all your needs at the right time. The Good shepherd is with you, so feel happy that you lack nothing and you are under His mighty protection.
Isaiah 54:17
“No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and this is their vindication from me,” declares the LORD.”
Nowadays, the world is surrounded with too many dangers like natural calamities, war, dreadful diseases, murder, robbery and much more. But do you know how safe you are in God’s hands? God promises through this verse that, no weapon can harm you and no one can accuse you. What a great honour we all have received from God! Praise Him!
Matthew 5:48
“Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
You may not be perfect in all what you do, but that’s not a huge problem. You can defeat imperfection, when you get yourself involved and do things with complete determination and interest. You will then notice that everything you do results in perfection. Never give a chance for anyone to find fault in you and give a negative feedback always. Correcting yourself and being perfect is much appreciated when compared to being hurt by someone every day. Our God is perfect, so let us also try to be perfect like Him.
