The other day I got so over excited, the cause of it was catching up with friends I ain't seen in years. The tension in my shoulders was so hyped But then I felt like bad, like really bad. I've been trying in these last four days to figure out what happened? Whether it was pumping weights in the gym the day after or just hyped from seeing friends. I've been de stressing myself.

Watch your language Noob -- no excuse for vulgarity on this site.

I recommend prayer to calm your nerves.

Coming from someone with 6000+ posts in 8 months. Dude you need to get a life. Stop showing of.
I hope I don't offend you, since I don't have a life either according to your measurements, (or even according to my own measurements lol), but here are my thoughts anyway:
1. A minor infection caught while out with friends. (Hubby and I use hand sanitize going in a grocery store and when we get back in the car, simply because lots of people go out before the symptoms of a cold or flu show up, or during one, and then touch stuff all over public spaces.)

2. If you just started lifting weights, that could be it too. If you have been consistently lifting weight, assuming you learned how to do it right, it shouldn't still hurt four days later. Well, it could, if you over did, but it should be getting progressively better.

3. You could have simply moved the wrong way in your sleep, thus causing the extra pain, but that too should be progressively getting better too.

Something is wrong, if it's not progressively getting better after four days. I recommend seeing a doctor.

Oh and BTW, I suspect Willie was remarking on your language, how much fun you were having with your friends, and that you do lift weights. I'm used to the language, (you should hear my brother -- he'd make a drunk sailor blush lol), but it did surprise me on this forum.

I reported the opening post for it's profanity. A mod will edit it when they come online..

I am a new member, just joined yesterday, and when I saw this...no words for it.....this is a Christian place why would you come on here cursing? not trying to judge the original poster, but for newbies, it could give us the wrong idea of what really goes on here.

NoobSaibot- hope your shoulder get's better!
