The OP was a non sequitur as far as the wider war is concerned.

1. Soldiers, terrorists, rebels, etc. (people on the ground level of a fight) typically deface the "enemy's" area. Is that a good thing? No, but heh heh, welcome to war.

2. Has Hamas shown respect for Israeli property? I'm sure those rockets were meant to appear on an HGTV special on how to beautify your home office, garage, and local Synagogue.

3. Another poster made a comment that people who use their own "countrymen" as shields to vilify their foes would not be above vandalizing their own territory.

You do understand that many of the Palestinians are of mixed race. What do think happened to the Samaritans and also some of the Israelites in the land? Do you really believe that ALL of the Jews and ALL of the Samaritans were killed off or deported? Do you think maybe over 1,400 that many of them CONVERTED and INTERMARRIED with the Arabs? What do think the West Bank was part of? Take a good look at the map.

You do realize that there are still a couple of small groups of Samaritans in Israel to this very day. To say they all just up and vanished and that they don't have connection to the land is a LIE.

We conquored the native people's of America. They are still in this country. They were not forced out. There was no former government in this country before Europeans came here.

Oh good grief, more kool-aid. The Arabs weren't kicked out, as a matter of fact they were invited to stay and promised full citizenship at the beginning of the 1948 war.
