My parents have been married for thirty years, my mom is emotionally unavailable and doesn't do things that my Dad say are vital to a Christian marriage. He doesn't want her to be subservient or anything he just wants her to knowledge that he is the head of the house.
My dad became a Christian after he married my mom and so did she but she was never as into the church and god. When my dad went to prison, she freaked and went on antidepressants, understandably, but my dad has been back for 2 years and everything is okay. Long story short he gave an ultimatum he said that she'll give her 90 days to get off her medication (just for clarification she does not have a physical deformity in the brain, or bipolar disorder) and if that doesn't help my dad will divorce her! He got counsel from other Christians and they agree, he said that if he keeps living like this he might lose it and do something and go back to prision!
I am freaking out, i am worried that my mom wont change cause she doesn't, I am worried because my mom has 100% custody of me and my siblings so if they got divorced we could hardly see him and couldn't live with him. I don't know what to do, i need prayer and advice.
Thank you.

I know how you feel honest but the stiuation is abit different which is still leading to a divorce
stay strong sis for you mom and help her get through this
if you havent tried it, sit and talk with her and tell her how you feel.
i will keep your family in my prayers indeed

I will pray for you & your family. Keep praying too. 'The prayer of a righteous man is powerful & effective' James 5:16

sorry for you in this situation, i can only imagine how scary & painful it all must be. just remember that none of this is about you or anything you've done. a lot of kids blame themselves in these situations when in reality the problems between the parents have nothing to do with the children. just remember to trust God no matter how the situation comes out. life is hard, & its not the hard times that we live through that define our character but how we choose to deal with those circumstances. i pray you not only have the strength to get through this but the wisdom to come through it stronger & with more faith.

show your dad what the word of God says about divorce. He is doing something wrong if he divorces her for this reason.

4 “Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’[a] 5 and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’[b]? 6 So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” 7 “Why then,” they asked, “did Moses command that a man give his wife a certificate of divorce and send her away?”
8 Jesus replied, “Moses permitted you to divorce your wives because your hearts were hard. But it was not this way from the beginning. 9 I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery.” Matthew 19: 4-9

10 To the married I give this command (not I, but the Lord): A wife must not separate from her husband. 11 But if she does, she must remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband. And a husband must not divorce his wife.
12 To the rest I say this (I, not the Lord): If any brother has a wife who is not a believer and she is willing to live with him, he must not divorce her. 13 And if a woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is willing to live with her, she must not divorce him. 14 For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy.
15 But if the unbeliever leaves, let it be so. The brother or the sister is not bound in such circumstances; God has called us to live in peace.
1 corinthians 7: 10-15

I'm sure there are others but these are the msot clear that I can think of.

Try not to take sides, as much as possible. There is a lot going on and it's much more than your mother's medication. She's using the pills for a reason. Until you've dealt with that, asking her to stop using them is not very compassionate.

Again, try not to take sides.
