What an absolutely beautiful letter to read. At first I couldn't understand what this is all about but once I studied further, I find myself much moved.
Paul is showing how love can overcome anger, that mercy is the best way. He is doing his best to save this runaway slave from so much distress. I hope forgiveness did result.
