Could peace really come to middle east in our time for Israel to say--Peace and Security?? Surely is a troubled time!

I don't see this applying to the times of the ANTICHRIST

I don't see this applying to the times of the ANTICHRIST

My understanding is that the present conflict in the Middle East will end with Israel victorious. Israel is already militarily powerful and economically strong. Most of the Middle East is unwilling to take on Israel. There are around 400 million Muslims surrounding Israel, a nation of 8 million Jews. Israel has survived and thrived. That is a miracle by itself.

The way I see it, Israel prevails and gets complacent. It's happened before, especially in 1973. It won't be the Middle East that invades Israel in the last war. It will be the Northern nations, likely Turkey, maybe Russia and some others, including Iran. Some scholars believe that it will be only a part of Iran that joins the invading army.

The Antichrist will make a covenant with Israel, but for a short time. Most prophecy student believe that to be a literal 3-1/ years. The third temple will be rebuilt. And then Antichrist takes over the temple and demands to be worshiped as God.

If you look at all the contemporary verses discussing the event it gives more light

“But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.”

His concept isn’t beginning here with Paul , it’s r here with Peter bit here

“But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.”

but thier doctrine began with Jesus in the gospel it’s coming from his teachings about his return at the end of the world

“Blessed are those servants, whom the Lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them. And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.

And he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not. Blessed is that servant, whom his Lord when he cometh shall find so doing.”

“ Like a thief in the night “ is a reference to the parable he was telling about how a thief comes when no one expects the apostles were giving revelation of what Jesus said about things in the gospel

Isa 13:6 Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty.
Isa 13:9 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.
Isa 13:11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.

Zec 14:1 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.
Zec 14:2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
Zec 14:3 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
Zec 14:5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah:

and the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.

Since this is speaking of the day of the Lord then this is in the future.

Paul gives a hint to the saints when it is close to the resurrection.

The day of the LORD is when God punishes the world for their rebelliousness and following the antichrist.

2Pe 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Isa 65:17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

2Pe 3:12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
2Pe 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Mat 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Mat 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

Dan 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Dan 12:7 And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.

1Co 15:23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.
1Co 15:24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

Mat 25:10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
Mat 25:11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
Mat 25:12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.
Mat 25:13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

The day of the Lord comes as a thief.

Which we watch to be prepared which we do not know the day and hour.

Jesus came to fulfill the law which include the offices of Israel.

But He did not fulfill the role of King on earth for He came as a humble servant.

And it must be done on earth.

That is what the millennial reign is about.

When the millennial reign is over the law has been fulfilled and this heaven and earth shall pass away.

And there will be a new heaven and earth.

The beast will make war against the saints for the last 3.5 years of a 7 years period he works on earth.

And then the resurrection happens and Jesus puts down all rule, authority, and power.

The day of the Lord happens after the saints are resurrected from the earth which starts with the wrath of God all the way through to the end of the millennial reign.

Which the 6th vial is the battle of Armageddon when Jesus comes back with the saints and defeats the world and saves Israel.

Zec 14:9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.

Isa 11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

Zec 14:12 And this shall be the plague wherewith the LORD will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

Then the millennial reign.

6 days God created the heaven and earth.

On the 7th day He rested.

6000 years earth age.

1000 years the day of the LORD.

Dan 7:8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

Dan 8:23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.
Dan 8:24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.

Mat 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

Rev 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
Rev 12:8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Rev 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

Rev 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

The Bible says the Roman Empire does not lose their physical dominion until Jesus puts down the world.

Babylon will never have physical dominion again but her ways are still on earth which she represents the kingdom of man.

The beast kingdom is Babylon in spirit.

When the world says Peace and safety is when the antichrist starts working in the world.

Which he will negotiate peace in the Middle East resulting in a 7 years peace treaty.

Which will impact the world and their fighting and division and taking sides between Israel and Palestinians.

Which the nations will come together as one to work for peace.

1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
1Ti 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron.

2Ti 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
2Ti 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

The new age christianity that interprets the Bible and religions according to the occult and evolution, and people are going to evolve to be spiritual, and greater, and Jesus became an ascended master among others, and there is no personal God, but they honor the God of forces the power of the Cosmos, and the New Age Christ is the next world teacher.

The time will come that people will not want to hear the truth of the Bible but want to hear it according to the new age.

But the antichrist has major changes he wants to make which includes establishing the new age christianity which will cause opposition with Christians, Muslims, and Judaism.

Which he plans stirring up the world against all 3 to get rid of them and to cause population reduction.

Which they will forbid a man and woman to be married to aid in that.

Since the Roman Empire has the dominion then the Pope and Vatican will be given over to the new age christianity and be in the leadership role.

10 horns come from the Roman Empire the world divided in to 10 sections with a leader in each section.

Which they shall devour the whole earth, tread it down, and break it in pieces.

Which is by way of the new age agenda influencing the world the nations governments abiding by it.

The antichrist will be from the 10 horns which he is the prince to come from the people who overthrew Jerusalem.

The 6th trumpet happens during the first 3.5 years which Islam rebels against the beast and the new age agenda.

Which 3 sections are plucked up by the roots describing nuclear weapons which one third of the world perishes.

And Islam is over.

So the antichrist causes much destruction during the first half as he tries to establish the new age agenda which he will think to change times and laws.

After the 6th trumpet God said they will not repent of their sins which they will not acknowledge God despite the disasters of the 6 trumpets but keep going forth according to their agenda and to work for peace by their own efforts.

So God gives the world the antichrist to rule over them.

Then war breaks out in heaven and the devils are cast to earth which becomes their holding cell.

During the first 3.5 years the antichrist is influenced by the devil.

During the last 3.5 years the antichrist is controlled by the devil.

Which he begins his war to get rid of the Christians and their religion.

Dan 8:24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.

Mat 24:21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Mat 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

The great tribulation which is much destruction there.

Eze 38:17 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them?
Eze 38:18 And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord GOD, that my fury shall come up in my face.
Eze 38:19 For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel;
Eze 38:20 So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.
Eze 38:21 And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord GOD: every man's sword shall be against his brother.
Eze 38:22 And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone.

Then the antichrist will go against Israel to rid the world of the Hebrews but will be stopped by Jesus.

So when they say Peace and safety then sudden destruction comes upon them because of the antichrist trying to establish his agenda for the world.

Any person that does not go along with him will have the world going against them.
