If you keep yourself busy doing office work it is good because your mind, hands, heart, ect….are mot making any sin.
It’s like you are tying yourself to a point which is your work. If your mind think about other things which will not actually going to happen then that is not good.
Utilizing your free time thinking about Good is fine. You will still be in peace.
