This is something that we usually make around the holidays, but because our holidays were a bit delayed this year we just had them; I though I'd share
On the stove or in the microwave slowly melt a bag of chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together. You don't want to burn the chocolate so melt them slowly, mixing often.
After the chocolate/butterscotch mixture is melted add as many peanuts as you'd like and stir together. I use a whole jar.
Take a spoon and drop small clusters all over wax paper. Let the clusters set and you have a very easy, but delicious dessert.
This last time we also added pretzel pieces to the mixture
It was very good!
