Methinks thou art confused. This is a topic about peoples dislikes that others find weird. It has nothing to do with doing what 'EVERYONE' else is. This post has nothing to do with needing to 'get over expectations'. It has nothing to do with anything you said, really. It was just a fun thread to tell about ourselves and get to know each other more.

I hate alcohol. The only alcohol i've ever tasted that was ok at best was wine coolers, mostly because i didn't really taste any alcohol. I've never been drunk, but the little i did try when i was 21 had VERY adverse effects on me.


'Skinny' jeans. Scene kids.
People who post avatars of them kissing their boyfriend/husband.

Me too. I brutally murdered my last one a few years ago. Broke it in half, tore the buttons off, gutted it, and left it in a parking lot to rust...or...whatever cell phone parts do when they die.

I have never owned one. But on a couple occasions I have gotten annoyed with someone enough I have grabbed the phone out of there hand and tossed it. Both times was at a gas station. both times they was to busy yakking and not paying and getting out.

the look on there face was priceless.

I hate it when people think they need to be on the phone everywhere they go! My older sister always calls me when she's driving or shopping. And then she doesn't talk, because HEY, she's trying to pay attention to what she's doing.

I wish you'd run into HER sometime and throw her phone...it'd save me the trouble of hanging up on her...

Not sure what state you live in but cell phone while driving here is illegal. if i seen it id just report it. a few tickets and that will stop.

but honestly. I think cell phones have made people stupid and very very rude.
 
I say wedding petrify me

are what people look at me funny I totally dislike the idea of the two for me.

Colorado, and I think the law here is just no texting while driving. I don't actually know, since I don't have a cell phone and pay no attention.

check state law books. here its no cell use while driving (texting/talking) only time you get away with talking is if its hands free.

Participating in women's retreats.

Participating in most women's ministry events.

I'm not a huge fan of ice cream.

Pink is a nice color, but just because I'm a chick doesn't mean it's my favorite color.

People who post "My child is ____ months old!" pics. Yes, I'm aware. I remember when the baby was born, and I can tell time.

All those STUPID posts on facebook that say, "If you love Jesus, then you'll post this.... and if you don't, you'll go to hell." Seriously? My salvation is dependent on a chain letter?!

I don't like to go tanning.

Sprite, Sierra Mist, of 7 up. Those things only work for me if I'm sick.

Soup! I'm not a huge fan. Yes, yes. No soup for me. I'm totally cool with that.

I don't like alcohol. I'm very much over my drinking days.

Movies that have raunchy humor. ie American Pie, Waterboy, etc

I hate puns.

Oh, you can call me anything as long as you call me!! (hint hint)*:D

Besides I like being called honey, sweetie, sweetheart....and the list goes on and on.
 
I can't stand sweet tea, which apparently in the South is unheard of! :rolleyes:

Other things I don't like (a few, anyway)

*fruit flavored gum/mints. (I want the clean, minty taste)
*beef (I WILL eat it, just prefer chicken, turkey, or some fish)
*tootsie rolls (EWW)
*Snooky (sp?)
*Elevators
