Please pray for me. I am not sure what is happening. I am so anxious can't control my feelings. I am only 41 and my world seems so shattered. Feeling helpless. Don't know whom to see.

Doubtful that it's menopause. Cancer threw me into menopause back in 2010, but I've had no symptoms of it at all.

For the past one year or so I had 24 days or less in between cycle. Now I got periods for a day. Uncontrollable mood swings with it. But the anxiety this heavy is very new. I am an anxious person in general but this feeling is so overwhelming.
I think it could be perimenopause. If your mother hit menopause at an early age, you may be starting those early stages as well. I sent you a private message.
