Jupiter and Saturn, right? I hadn't realized they were calling it The Christmas Star aka The Star of Bethlehem. Veeery interesting. And fitting for 2020.

Do you think something big will happen?

I think so. Last time they did that was the birth of Christ...

I don't know how to cut the video so have to post the full thing.
The part I am focussing on is the first 10-12 minutes that discuss tonights conjuction.

Personally, I think this is just another sign of His ever soon returning.

My left brain doesn't buy astrology.

My right brain thinks we're doomed.

Incorrect about 2,000 years ago. The last time of a Jupiter Saturn synod was: • November 29, 1285 Jupiter-Saturn (Pluto within 11°)

Except, Christ was more likely born during the Feast of Tabernacles (September). Does this alignment always happen during the same month/time of year or...?

Ok. I just saw what you shared. So the last time this happened was a November, 2000 years ago?

My son just pointed out that 1285 would have been less than 1000 years ago.

Yes, in 1285 it started November 29 as stated above. In September, 1284 the alignment was Saturn opp Uranus.

Aprox 750 years not 2,000 years

But not 2000 years. Closer to 1000 years ago, yes?

"Incorrect [about="with regard to"] the suggestion that it occurred 2000 years ago."

;)
:)

EDIT: Yes - it could have been worded a lot better...

This is nothing new. I remember the news about them aligning in 2000, and that it would supposedly trigger thousand mile winds to destroy the world. I don't put much stock in that. This reminds me way too much of that video game Persona 2.

Too many clouds in England as well.
If the world- the majority of the mainstream media is calling this "the Bethlehem star" I think we aught to have our sceptic hats on.
