I have been having a really hard time doing the right thing sometimes. Also I have a hard time praying and reading my Biblefor a good amount of time everyday. Please I need suggestions and prayer.

your heart is at the right place zoey. As Christians we must realize that we could not have existed unless God had created us. Also we know that He said that apart from Him we can't bear any fruit. We set ourselves apart from Him when we don't pray or read the scripture, and when we don't do so we hold back God from revealing Himself to us and really work in our lives. One thing i've also noticed is that it is much easier for you to fall into sin and to be tempted by many various things that we should avoid as Christians. I speak this out of experience, and in no way mean to seem better than you. But it is no wonder why Jesus said that man should not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes forth from the mouth of God. Also, scripture is just filled with such wonderful prophecies that are being fulfilled to this day. Just know this, scripture is the specific truth for specific situations in your life. Thanks to scripture I have really found the meaning of life. The bible is simply so amazing and so powerful that I cannot see anyone living these days in good psychological health without the promises in it, due to all the turmoil and horrible things going on in this world.
So friend, my conclusive advise is that for your own good, for you to see God working in your life mightily, for the purpose which you were created (which is to be conformed to the image of the Son of God), and because we are going to spend an eternity with Him...

If you want to start reading something good read the book of ephesians, which isn't that long.
And if you want to study the bible in easier ways, I recommend this site for you. It is 100% biblical teachings 24/7, no twisted teachings here.

Here's a question to think about. Who/what is 1st in your life? Who/what has the majority of your thoughts/time?
Well I will pray for you, adding on to what adrian said, I would advise you to find cool Christians friends to be around, when you are around other Christians you get to grow through the encouragement and just by being around them. That is one of reasons God wants us to have fellowship. Concerning reading the word of God, ask God to help you find the time to do so, the best time is usually in the morning, pray that God may give you the understanding you need when reading the scripture. God bless
its a good place to be,when u find urself in lack or see the need that u want God even wen ur feeling is not saying so,But the thing is try listening to worship music or sermons what makes u tick,then find a room where u can be alone wid God may be start wid 2 min a day not just a routine but ask GOd i need u, help me have this desire to read ur word and seek ur face..he will come thru for u
